Janai and JJ’s modern white barn wedding at Camp Hideaway Retreat in Fredericksburg Texas was stunning! This was truly the best barn wedding I’ve ever shot. This wedding was very high-end and felt like it should’ve been featured in Vogue. The event draping throughout the space added so much warmth to the room and lowered the ceiling. Their florals from FLORIA mimicked the Texas Hill Country landscape, and were perfect. This venue offers stunning views and is a great venue option if you’re on the hunt for a beautiful Texas Hill Country wedding venue.

I captured Janai and JJ’s wedding on a mix of digital and film. One thing that was evident from their wedding day was that these two are very well loved not just by their family, but many friends. Their entire wedding part came with the best energy, and I loved the color scheme of their day along with the bridesmaids mismatched dresses. Everything about this day flowed so perfectly. Janai and JJ had a beautiful outdoor ceremony. They didn’t do a first look prior to the ceremony, so you could feel JJ’s emotions when he seen Janai walking down the aisle for the first time. After their ceremony they headed into the reception space inside the barn and were taken aback by how beautiful it was. I love when couples choose to have a look at the reception space before their guests come in, allowing them to admire the décor and all of the details. Having that moment to take it all in together is special. The reception was full of beautiful and heartfelt speeches, and many laughs. One thing for sure is that Janai and JJ know how to party it up with their friends and family! Everyone was on the dancefloor all night long, and it was such a great time!
